Rick has been involved with the real estate industry since 2007 and remains steadfast in his aim to produce results, supported by exemplary performance and professionalism. This stems from his background in the Federal public service as a senior Director, a past member of the former Manitoba Executive Group, a Certified Professional Leadership and Life Coach, a business coach practitioner and organizational change agent, an experienced negotiator, a trained facilitator and an entrepreneur who continues to run his own client-centric business (e.g. Soaring Eagle Consulting Ltd as a Certified Professional Coach, Mentor, and workshop facilitator).  Rick has also been formally recognized for his innovative ingenuity and exceptional dedication to organizations and the people it serves.  He is currently a member of the newly formed Trusted Advisory Group (TAG) of Manitoba.   He has also served his community and non-for profit organizations as Chairs of various Boards.  He is also a professional film/movie actor with ACTRA.

Meet Kyla, a truly dedicated real estate professional with a passion for serving clients across a wide spectrum of real estate needs. With a diverse background and a commitment to performance excellence, Kyla brings a unique blend of expertise, experience and personalized service to every transaction.

Kyla began her real estate journey in 2017, following a career in the horse industry and working with children with autism at the St Amant Centre in Winnipeg.  Armed with a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology, Kyla brings a deep understanding of human behaviour, dynamics, and relationships to her real estate practice, allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level such as to provide more tailored solutions to meet their real estate needs.

Kyla brings a diverse array of experience and knowledge to real estate.   To date, she has delved into various facets, including commercial, cottages, residential resale and new builds, land development projects, condos, estate sales and complex transactions.  Her versatility and adaptability have allowed her to navigate complex deals with ease and precision, ensuring a seamless experience for her clients. 

Driven by a passion for commercial real estate, Kyla has expanded her focus to include commercial properties, leading to her involvement in a variety of notable transactions, including a hydroponics cannabis greenhouse, gas station, shopping mall, retail store, hog farm.....amongst others. 

In collaboration with Rick, they have founded the Gensiorek Group as a father-daughter team, with a shared commitment to excellence, integrity and client satisfaction.   Over the years, the team has grown and expanded to bring together a talented group of professionals dedicated to providing top-tier service and expertise to clients across the real estate spectrum.

ZACH HAAKSMA

Since the blossoming of his real estate career in the Spring of 2022, Zach has swiftly become a well-versed expert inthe industry.   His extensive experience encompasses the sale of residential properties, condominiums, development land, charming cottages, fertile farmland, and mobile homes.    He also proudly serves as the resident social media virtuoso on the team - a role he takes very seriously and with much enthusiasm!    

Prior to diving into real estate, Zach cultivated his communication prowess and passion for mentorship while studying Physical Education at the University of Winnipeg.   This foundation has been pivotal in his success, evidenced by his role in coaching volleyball and basketball teams for students from Grades 7 through 12.

Zach's meticulous attention to detail and insatiable appetite for learning have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Governor General's Bronze Medallion.   His background is rich with missions work, from constructing homes for the underprivileged in Mexico to supporting local charities like Siloam Mission in Winnipeg. 

In his leisure time, Zach is an avid outdoor enthusiast.   He finds joy in hiking, fishing, cliff jumping, and participating in organized sports.   Additionally, he thrives on the strategy and excitement of fantasy sports leagues.

Sim Sachdeva Saini

Sim recently embarked on her journey into real estate, bringing with her over eight (8) years of experience in sales and customer service.   Her extensive sales experience is complimented by her educational background in psychology, serving as a strong foundation to her understanding of people, her keen ability to tailor communications appropriately to serve specific customer needs, and strengthening her overall decision-making and risk-management capacity.  These strengths are what shape her level of professionalism and influence the level of ongoing rapport she maintains with her clientele.  

Sim possesses a genuine love for sales since it aligns with her passion on helping people achieve their goals.    To her, success has never been about simply selling a product — it is about building relationships, earning trust, and being there for her clients……every step of the way.  Honesty and loyalty are the values she is most known for, and these attributes are her guiding beacon on everything she does, both personally and professionally.
