Rick has been involved with the real estate industry since 2007 and remains steadfast in his aim to produce results, supported by exemplary performance and professional- ism. This stems from his background in the Federal public service as a senior Director, a past member of the Manitoba Executive Group, a Certified Professional Leadership and Life Coach, a business coach practitioner and organizational change agent, an experienced negotiator, a trained facilita- tor and an entrepreneur who ran his own client-centric business (e.g. Soaring Eagle Consulting as a Certified Profes- sional Coach, mentor, and workshop facilitator). Rick has also been formally recognized for his innovative ingenuity and exceptional dedication to organizations and the people it serves. He has also served his community and non-for profit organizations as Chairs of various Boards. He is also a professional film/movie actor with ACTRA.

Kyla has been involved in the real estate industry since 2017, positioned to work as a dynamic team associate in bringing exemplary service and professionalism. She will offer clients a different perspective based on her extensive knowledge and experience on buying or selling a home or cottage. Kyla is also our team resident expert on condominiums. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology, sociology and family social sciences. Her experience to date stems from working with children with autism at the St. Amant Cen- ter along with extensive experience and involvement in the horse industry. She is currently living on an acreage with her horses just outside of Winnipeg and is very familiar with rural real property.

Zach has been involved in the real estate industry since 2022. Previously he had studied physical education at the University of Winnipeg. Armed with a strong work ethic and a passion to de- liver high-end results for his clients, he strives to become 1% better every day, and in doing so, be better equipped to serve his clients’ specific needs. He is meticulous when it comes to details and is a willing learner, as demonstrated by his numerous aca- demic awards such as the Governor General’s bronze medal. Zach also has a background full of missions work and serving both in Winnipeg, and abroad where he has volunteered his time serv- ing and cooking food in shelters, building houses for the less for- tunate in Mexico, as well as coaching high school volleyball and basketball. He has a passion for the outdoors and in his free time enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, cliff jumping and playing organized sports, to name a few. Upon meeting Zach, you will quickly notice his professionalism, creativity, dedication and willingness to help you in any way he can.

Dayna has been involved in the real estate industry since 2018. As a University graduate who majored in International Development and Conflict Resolution, she will bring her pas- sion for both real property sales and interior design to the real estate market. Her clients will immediately note her professionalism, leadership and organizational skills, acquired from her studies and previous employment in the provincial government and hospitality sector. Dayna had lived in England for a couple of years and had travelled extensively throughout Europe. This life experience had heightened her respect and appreciation for human and cultural diversity. Dayna is also no stranger to the recreational market as she had spent considerable time in her youth camping and hiking throughout the Whiteshell.
