WHO ARE WE?  

RICK GENSIOREK:     Being involved in the real estate industry since 2007, Rick is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to Keller Williams Real Estate Services.   He remains steadfast toward producing results, supported by his exemplary performance and professionalism.   This stems from his background in the Federal public service as a senior Director, a past member of the Manitoba Executive Group, an accredited Professional Leadership and Life Coach, an experienced negotiator, a trained facilitator and an experienced entrepreneur who ran his own client-centric business.   Rick had been formally recognized for his innovative ingenuity and exceptional dedication to organizations and the people it serves.   He has also served his community and non-for profit organizations as Chairs of various Boards. Through his extensive network, he is anxious to help you in selling or buying property.    

 KYLA GENSIOREK:   Kyla has been involved in the real estate industry for 6 years and has partnered with her Realtor father.   Working as an integrated 'family' team, they strive to redefine the real estate industry through their team's focus on professional service delivery, while also offering clients different perspectives when buying or selling a home, cottage or commercial business.   Kyla definitely brings a new and modern outlook to the Gensiroek Group team.   She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology, sociology and family social sciences.   Her experience to date stems from working with children with autism at the St. Amant Center along with extensive experience and involvement in the horse industry.  She is currently living on an acreage with her horses just outside of Winnipeg and is very familiar with rural real property. 

 DAYNA JANKOWSKI:   Dayna is our newest realtor who will partner wit the Gensiorek 'family' component of our Keller William's team.   As a University graduate who majored in International Development and Conflict Resolution, she is bringing her passion for both real property sales and interior design to the real estate market.   Her clients will immediately note her professionalism, leadership and organizational skills, acquired from her studies and previous employemnt in the provincial government and hospitality sector.    While a Manitoban by heart, Dayna had lived in England for a couple of years and had travelled extensively throughout Europe.  This life experieince had heightened her respect and appreciation for human and cultural diversity.   Dayna is also no stranger to the recreational market as she had spent considerable time in her youth camping and hiking throughout the Whiteshell.  While she holds many life passions, the top three closest to her heart that best describe her:    helpful, loyal and honest.
